I‘m starting to feel like i ate something with gluten but i can only think of the ground pork meat i cooked with yesterday. Do they put gluten in these meats?
Not usually :/ If it was some kind of ground pork sausage then it's slightly possible there was gluten in one of the seasonings or additives. But just straight up ground pork shouldn't.
if you buy ground or minced pork it would be illegal for it to have any additives in it, the short answer is no
