Question:

Does it cause more damage to straighten or curl your hair?

Which one causes more damage to my hair? It takes about 45 min to straighten my hair and maybe 15 to curl it but I've heard curling it is worse cause it's hotterIs it? Or is it even any hotter than my 320 degree flat iron?

Answer:

Try putting some lotion on your hands.not too much or it will make your hair look greasy, then smoothing your hands over your hair.i have found this works wonders for me.
You might need to add a leave in hair moisturizer or conditioner.
Dove frizz control shampoo conditioner Works great!
If the blow dryer is making it frizz dont blow dry your hair let it naturally dry also the thing making your hair frizz is all the heat you are putting into your hairAll I can reccomend is get your hairdresser to thicken your hair stay away from the straightners for a while and if you do use the curlers/ straightners I STRONGLY reccomend using hair protector with 5 or 6 sprays all over your hair.
Hmmm, all in all both do in the long run especially if you're not using a ceramic curling iron and/or flat ironUse some thermal styling products/tonics when you're doing either, like Rusk Thermal Str8 or Sebastian Laminates.
