Question:

Does physical activity at work count?

I work in a plant building engines. I use a power tool and lift about 7-10 lbs every 60 seconds about 400 times a day. My job keeps me sweating and panting the whole time. Sometimes it is so physically demanding I can't even talk while I'm doing it. We break every 2 hours for about 15-20 minutes, otherwise I'm moving. Can this count as sufficient exercise during the day?

Answer:

False. When the charged clouds flow over the lightning rods, charged is induced on the rod, and since the rod is a good conductor of electricity and is grounded, the lightning strikes on the rod, instead of the house, and the current flows straight to ground (the rod is grounded) bypassing the building, saving it from any damage if the lightning had otherwise struck the building! hope it helps!
The cross member where the torsion bars are adjusted have 2 links that connect to the frame rails and are known for going bad . Some times they even break . Just get under the truck with a pry bar and pry up on the cross member and that will tell you if that is the problem . I f you know someone that has a chassis ear it makes diagnosing chassis noises a lot easier .
