Does the oven quartz tube light up properly?
If the oven doesn't reach the set temperature, turn it on and off. There may be a problem

When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the oven will repeat the process.
The oven will be heated and lit when it does not reach the set temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop heating (out).
