The neighbor hood I live in has an association that recently took it upon themselves to install speed bumps throughout the property. But they neglected to put up any signs stating that there are speed bumps ahead. I was wondering if this was in violation of any laws? People who ride motorcycles could be injured if they failed to see these speed bumps ahead. (which are black rubber with no reflective paint)
