I have a recipe on cheesecake i am making for thanksgiving and the recipe says use parchment paper is there a substitute i can use instead of parchment paper?

Aluminum foil would work to line the pan and that's usually what is the parchment paper is used for when baking a cheesecake-It makes removal of the bottom of the springform pan really easyThe cheesecake will stick more to the foil than it would the parchment paper, so perhaps spraying some non-stick spray on it would helpGood Luck :)
