I use a waffle batter to dip the super frozen iced cream inI either scoop into balls or I mold into squares with tupperwareI refreeze it in the coldest part of my freezer and set it to the coldest settingI take them out after letting them sit overnight or at least 4 hoursI drop them in the wet batter and drop them in the deep fryer until they are golden brownI then take them out and serve with stewed strawberries and chocolate syrup!!!
I love to make fried ice cream at home it's really simpleUse a scooper to shape ice cream into ballsIn a bowl, mix together crushed cornflakes or frosted flakes, a little brown sugar cinnamon melted butterRoll ice cream balls into cereal mixture, then cook in a deep fryer ( I use my fry-daddy) with clean oil for about 1 - 2 minutes.I serve mine with a drizzle of chocolate syrup or honey.
