Question:

Drive with a rotated steering wheel?

When I am driving on a 100% straight road, I hold the steering wheel where it is rotated about 10degrees counterclockwise. When I do that, the car moves straight. I tried once to remove both of my hands from the steering wheel and guess what happened? The car started to gradually move to the right of the road. Should I take the car for repair?

Answer:

you need a front end alignment cost about 75.00 that might be a little high as well, additionally you may need a new tie rod you would have to have a mechanic check them and make sure you have them checked before you get the fron end alignment
The steering wheel has been taken off and not put on straight, it's not a big deal. Which way your car will wander when you let go of the wheel depends which side of the road you drive on. It should take you gradually of the road if you fall asleep, not into traffic.
The steering wheel should be horizontal in the straight ahead position, so either the wheel alignment is very far out, or someone has taken the steering wheel off for some reason and not replaced it properly. Take it to a reputable mechanic, or tyre dealer, to get the alignment checked.
