Question:

Dude is parked in front of the hydrant down the street, I call the cops, do they legally have to investigate?

So this dude whom I do not know has been parking in my driveway for the past month or so. I have left him a note and told him directly at least 3 times but yesterday when I got home there he was. My dad called the police and they completely blew him off. Now tonight I'm out walking my dog and this ahole is parked in a red zone in front of a fire hydrant! My dad says they wont do anything if he calls the cops, but I thought if you called in a tip they legally had to investigate? I live in CA BTW. Plus this dude is a drug addict and I've seen him and his friends snorting coke in another car. This friend of his also likes to sleep in my garage (I share the garage with a neighbor, who is letting these douchewads come over, and is also a drug addict), and we've had to put up security cameras to make sure they don't steal our stuff. I'm seriously getting pissed off and I really want all these dickfaces to just leave me alone, but the police are not helping.

Answer:

If you want to keep it light ,then go with the 100% cotton . Good Luck ;)))
Black should stay black but if it's not black enough, move the black background further away from the light source. (and keep the light/subject relationship the same.) If the paper is still too reflective (shiny), spray it with a matte finish or change over to black velvet. Depending on the subject, you may also try a slight under exposure.
You can chain book of moon then big shield guardna would negate should crush.
