Evaluate my Workout plan please!?

I know a little bit about working out just the things like less rep of more weight is for strength and working out all the main muscles is a lot more important than working out the biceps. Any way This is my workout so far is there something I should add or take away?I work out 3 days a week. mon-chest/abs bench press 5set of 5 80% maxskull crushers 5 set of 5set ups with 20lbs wieght 5 set of 20wed-shoulders/back military press 5 set of 5pull ups 5 set of 5fri-legsI don't have a squat rack but I do body weight stuffI weigh 130-135 5'8 I am trying to get to 145-150 .my maxes arebench 135squat 315power clean 115pull ups 10 maybesit ups -a lot #92;any suggestions? I really need to get stronger!

you really doing well you just need to focus in pull ups and sit ups this will make the difference and will strengthen your upper body best of luck and keep on
