Answer:

If the enterprise unilaterally changes the conditions of labor, the laborer may request to perform in accordance with the contract, or may unilaterally terminate the contract and require the enterprise to pay double compensation.
Labor contract law clearly stipulates that the contract should be clearly stated in the work class, the enterprise should be based on the labor contract in the provision of labor conditions, transfer or change the labor address and so on both sides need to negotiate, the enterprise shall not make it unilaterally change
The employing unit shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 36 of this Law, file a labor contract with the laborer and terminate the labor contract with the laborer;
The economic compensation shall be paid to the laborer according to the age at which the laborer is working in the unit and paying the monthly salary for every one year. More than six months less than one year, according to a year; less than six months, to pay half of the wages of workers to pay economic compensation.
The term of labor shall be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 44 of this Law, except where the Employer does not agree to renew the contract in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Paragraph 1 of Article 44 of this Law;
