I just want to make it a bit louder. It‘s a 2001 mustang v6 base model. Can I just buy a new tip or do I have to replace the whole exhaust system?
Exhaust tips don't change your exhaust sound, LOL. Yes, you must change from thee cat back to change the sound, which is silly but enjoy dude.
That is one of the ugliest sounding engines there is. Don't make it louder, you will only look silly.
