Explain the need for policies and procedures to control the maintenance of PC systems in organisations?

Answer:

I asked my farrier to use the tungsten tipped nails, and it made good difference. Just enough that the horses didn't feel in danger, but not enough to cause damage to the leg structures during turnout. The modified shoes work if the horses are kept in stalls, but I think it might be a bit too 'grippy' for horses that are on turnout when not worked. They are more used for working horses in the winter on ice/snow, but if it were done very sparingly, it might work very well I'd be talking with the camp farrier about this now and see what he thinks he can do.
I have been wearing contacts for 6 years, and glasses for 16. Contacts are wonderful, they make physical activities such as sports so much easier. They are not very difficult to maintain, and depending on whether you get a permanent set, or disposable (there are contacts that can be thrown away after a day, week, two weeks, or months). I love my contacts, but i will warn you that you should be very, i mean very clean. Never touch them without washing your hands, most of this type of stuff your doctor will go over with you. It seems that people are always dirty with their lenses, but i know a young lady that had an eye infection which led to a blister on her eye, and soon after she became blind in that eye. I have clear ones, i have never tried the colored lenses, but they seem really cool. I have heard that they can sometimes take some getting used to, but im not sure how much more time it will take than regular contacts. For regular contacts usually the doctor will give you a schedule for about the first week or so. For example, you may only be allowed to wear them for 2 hours the first day, 4 hours the second, 6 hours third, and so on. Contacts can get to be a bit pricy, especially compared to glasses, but there are many different options out there, im sure. Good luck with the switch.
