I have contemplated buying an external hardrive for the usb loader gx for my wii. The only problem is, I dont know which ones are compatable with this hack.I need one that has 500gb storage, and that is cheap, preferably around $50-$100 (no more than $100). So, any recommendations???
Western Digital is a reliable brand and according to the link below will work perfectly with USB loader GX. You should know that the drive will be read as about 465 GB by your Wii, and any other computers, because of how the drive manufacturers label their hard drives.
Sorry but 500gb isnt cheap especially from a reputable name brand one. Ur at least looking at 100-150.
