hi there i'm 22, and when i was 21 i think i got an external hemorrhoidnot to sound nasty, but i was constipated for a while and then got bouts of diarrheathe hemorrhoid, for the most part, stays inside but you can feel it like a lump right around my rectumwhen i strain all the tissues around my rectum become inflamed and sort of come out a bit while i am going to the bathroomthis is for the med community out there - do you think this may be serious because i am younger? do i have to go to a doctor (i've read online there is no cure, and to just treat symptoms).and if so, what sort of doctor should i go to? are there any pretty good treatments besides preparation h?also, the hemorrhoid does not bother me at allnot itching, burning, etcit is not even discolored, it just looks pink like the rest of the tissuei am 22, 5'5quot; and weigh 140 and eat healthy regularly.
