Question:

Fabric Band-aids or Plastic Ban-aids?

plastic!

Answer:

I like the plastic ones (or latex ... what are they, exactly?) with cartoon characters ... or those in really bright neon colors! OK, so I'm a bit old for Spongebob Squarepants or Barbie or Snoopy, but I kinda rediscovered the fun of making the boo-boo all better by covering it with a fun band-aid when my kids were little. I think the fabric ones are ... icky! They get soggy and don't dry off ... can that even be healthy?
Fabric Band Aids
That's really some BS coming out the NBA. Really Wade's bandages don't have an affect such as a tattoo on a head or doing anything that self-promotion. Wade didn't only wear the Wade/Flash bandages but thats still dumb. They have become a quick fashion statement and lately that's a dumb thing coming out the NBA. Shouldn't Stephon Marbury have to cover up his Starbury logo, it's a bunch of crap really.
Fabric is the best... I have a little tip I'd like to pass along that I came up with! This is for using band-aids on your fingers. you know the endless times while working they come off'? Well, just cover them with masking tape! First rip off a tiny piece to go over top of the finger-nail then wrap tape around finger,,,now take your free hand and squeeze it gently. This will make a little sleeve that you can remove when you need to go to the rest room or wash your hands. And when you are finished... you can just slip it back on! This tip is just great if you are continuously working with your hands or getting them very dirty! I have used this many times when i had a paper cut or a hang-nail.
Both are effective. Fabric and Plastic do a good job, but i think it is all a personal choice. Personally i use what ever is in the cabinet. When i need one i cannot be too picky for one type or the other. randy
