i cant access my control panel properly .whenever i open the control panel it shows this error message An error occurred whil working with this file C:windows92;system3292;netsetup.cpl .some times allthings get stuck .how to solve this problem?
No one can possibly answer your question about fees without knowing where you live. However, IMO if you can prove that (a) the hydrant was obscured and (b) you were unaware of its location (i.e. you don't live in the area), you might be able to have the ticket dismissed.
Well, I don't know what purple K is. But I think you should of let a professional do the fire extingusher instead of you who is non -professional in doing soemthing like this. I thik I would take it to a person who fills extinguishers and ask them to fill it.. and tell them what you did already. What you did was a dumb idea. You must be a kid.. that will try anything and not be responsible for actions which could of happen.
