Question:

False suspension-------------------------?

They said I made inflammatory racial comments. There were comments, but they did NOT come from me. Now my account is suspended. I appealed the violation, but they didn‘t listen. I have lots of friends on this system. What should I do? Help! And thanks.

Answer:

Sharing an account means that you are held responsible for violations from your friends who are sharing your account. If you are sharing your present and new account with your friends perhaps you might want to change the password so that your friends can no longer use it because otherwise you might get suspended again.
After appealing and your account is suspended there is nothing to do except hope you can remember your friends emails etc. It doesn't matter if your sister or your momma made the racial comments, you are responsible for maintaining your account and that is what Yahoo's lawyers will tell your lawyers if it comes to that. Go back and read the agreement you clicked I agree to.
If the comments were made on your account, you are responsible, no matter who made them. Suspension oonly happens after staff review, so if they denied your appeal, then there was enough misuse of the site to warrant it, sorry. Once denied on appeal, your only option is to start again and pay better attention to sticking to the rules.
yup, that is how they were made in the first place
