Final Cut Pro (Mac) turning an awful video quality to something good?

I have this awful video clipJust.awfulIts like Michael J Fox was the cameramanIts shaky and was shot with a digital cameras video function.so The quality isn't very good and there is a lot of shaky partsAlso, the footage shot was of slow moving trucks and cranes.so i have to double the speedWhen I double the speed it looks like the camera man is going through a seizureMotioncam doesn't seem to be fixing itIs there other software i can use? or something? I'm new to mac and have had this macbook for 2 weeks.so I'm still learning. Thanks

Answer:

save 85 calories just by swapping mustard for mayonnaise in a sandwich
Monitor your progress by noting your clothes fit looking in the mirror and taking photos
pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
hi justin yes your footage CAN be improved, but the software is expensiveyou can use software like MOTION (found in FINAL CUT STUDIO) or AFTER EFFECTS both use similar filters plugins which can improve all sorts of aspects of the video clipbut the learning curve can be pretty steep for a newcomerremember you don't get something for nothing though - every time you are processing your clip you will degrade certain aspects of the originalbut for shakey handheld shots i have seen AMAZING results with COREMELTs Lock Load good luck
