Question:

Fire alarm pulled, should i have acted?

This *** whip pulled fire alarm. I saw him. Should I have stopped him in his tracks with a citizen type of arrest or even just report him to a guard? I feel I should of done something..I feel ashamed to not have acted. What should I do if it happens again? It's a high-school BTW. And well I was angry since it was pulled during my lunch where I take a nap.

Answer:

Do you have the phone number of a neighbor? Maybe you can call and ask someone to take a look around your house. If there is someone there, they probably know you're there. If they've been scoping your house out, they probably know you're alone. If your mom won't answer her phone, then you really ought to see about staying at a friend's house, or having a friend stay over at your place. Criminals won't mind breaking in if they know there's just a young girl there. What you need to do is look around and see what can be used as a weapon. Flying staplers, stabbing pencils, etc. can aid you. Plan escape routeswhere are the exits, and where can you run? Once you're all set, find something to keep your mind off things. Listen to the radio, play a video game, etc. The next time you have to be home alone, you need to make arrangements with a friend. Don't leave the front room lighted, or else they will be able to notice if there's alot of movement. Just use lights in other parts of the house to make it seem that there might be more people in another part of the house.
That liquid is most likely acidic and you DO NOT WANT TO TOUCH IT, AS IT MAY BURN YOUR SKIN, SO WEAR SAFETY GLOVES. That is not normal by any means. I suggest bringing the cup ( covered of course ) and your Xbox back to the store as soon as possible. As long as you weren't rough housing it, it should not be doing that. That is a serious defect with it, and you should claim warranty or defect at the store
