it'll fry a little bitdepending ot the thickness of your hair, it'll happen sooner or laterbut not muchi have really thick hair, and i used to flat iron every dayi eventually got some fried endsbut not muchjust go to the beauty supply store and get a little treatment packtheyre cheap, but they work welldo it once a week or whenever you needand always use a good conditioner and/or leave in conditionerperferably with protein in it with some good conditioners, you should be fine!
