Hey guys,So I've been going to gym for a long time.Last year I went for a month (nov - december) and I had results but when I re-entered on february (school's fault :/) I started over everything and I've had no results at all (yes from february all the way to december), I'm doing it wrong I know,Any foods you recommend me?I weight 66.5 kg (164.6 lb) and my height is 1.7 meters or 5.57 ft.Help, please?
