First wrap them in something like tissue then the question is are you mailing them cause if so you are fine but I'm assuming you are at an airport pack them in your luggage in a side pocket with your other stuff like combs or brushesIf you mailed it no if you are in an airport they can but as long as you don't have the drugs on you it's just paraphernalia which isn't illegal that's why you can sell a bong legally but you can't sell pot (in most states)
