im an azn but my hair isnt the typical straight typeit has some waves in itwhen it dries, its kind of poofy and frizzyive tried blowdrying but it jus get poofiercan anyone help me?
Most likely they will use cranes
yeah cranes or at least as close as they can near the river's edge
A crane on a barge will go out and bring them in to safety.
a big crane will go out and pull them off the bridge ,,they might even bring in a boat with a crane on it for the ones they can't reach.hope this helps
