Answer:

If you had a real job then you could get a new car and not worry about it breaking down. Here's an idea, GET OFF WELFARE AND GET A REAL JOB!!!!!
Rain Fall and snow melt in the high mountains.
Some rivers start as underground streams, making their way to Earth's surface from layers of rock beneath the ground. Others get their water supply from melting glaciers (ice masses located on land). But most get their start from rain or snow that falls in high, steep country; that water then runs down in little streams that join together, making bigger streams and eventually rivers.
if the axles and struts are broken the car is undriveable. if they are just wore out then it is unsafe, but driveable. ac work can be as cheap as a $50 recharge, or $1000s of replacements.
2 front axles run about $60 apiece. Struts are about $45 each. You are looking at about $210 in parts. However, don't pay attention to what they say. Inspect it yourself. Struts generally don't fail completely. They get soft and don't absorb shock like they used to. Also, are the axles really bad? Or are the boots just cracked? You can always put on a couple of speedy-boots without replacing the axles. An LHS is a nice first car for $400. Good score.
