Question:

Fun activities/games for a teen girls sleepover?

I'm having a sleepover and i need some great games to playI've looked online but I can't find anything goodit's all girl's obviously no 7 min in heaven, spin the bottle, etcThanks in advance!!! The age group is 12-14 if that helps any.

Answer:

Tassels or fringes are a god wayAlthough if its a baby blanket, obviously it wouldn't be such a good ideaIf you can crochet then try a row of single, half double, double or even treble crochet around the entire edge, or just the cast on bind off edgesI have done this on one of my blankets, just after I leanrt to crochet, and to practise my single and half double crochet I did tem around the edges, one row of single then a row of half double on topOr like the answer above, I-cords work wellPersonally I would choose the crochet or the fringe, but it's your blanket, make it the way you want it! Good luck!
The easiest and fastest way I've found to finish off a blanket is to use a crochet stitch called the crab stitch (see link below)Done in a either the same yarn or in a complimentary color, it looks greatIf you don't mind taking a little more time, I'd take the suggestion of using the i-cord bind-off.
