Ok, I just recently moved into a garageIt is super hot in here (as i figured) so i bought a protable 9,500 BTU Portable A/C UnitWell, that pulled it from 107 to 91The garage itself has No insulationI was wondering, if i got insulation in ONLY the ceiling, how much cooler could i get it.
yes cover as you start cooking as it almost done, uncover to browning the turkey
uncover it the last 1/2 or so to get it brown, but other wise keep it covered when you first start cooking it.
Tes cover but better still use an oven bag.
