Question:

GIANT bubble from water in ceiling?! HELP!?

We live in a 1983 trailer. It is our first owned home and is completely paid off. as of currently, we can not afford someone to fix the leaky roof. it has leaked in a few spots, but now has bubbled up in the ceiling somehow! My husband already attempted to pop it, with a knife with little results. Since then it has gotten larger and now has large cracks in it! It isnt drywall or whatever its very cheap trailer material. lol 1. Should I attempt to pop it further? 2. What can I do for now? 3. And also, I'm not sure if my roof is flat, but if I were to put a tarp over it and it was flat, would it help or hurt? Thank you so very much!

Answer:

i think he or she should make some time and fix your fire alarm, it is very important because we all know its life/death matter. if you think the property you live in don't have health and safety rules then you should make sure the landlord is aware of that, do'nt just say can you fix it, tell me that he is breaking the law by renting out unsafe property, or you can ask advice from CAB or your local council. my landlord does all the work himself even changing light bulbs.
look at kristen stewart and rihanna. they look sophisticated but they have a rocker edge. bomber jacket/biker jacket, classic converse, or boots, skinny jeans, simple white v-neck tee, or torn, a necklace that symbolize yourself, black or brown eyeliner, messy bedhead, always carrying drum sticks or guitar good luck rocker chic!
well, you might contact the fire department and explain to them the situation. I don't think its a good idea to start intimidating your landlord. Just tell him your concern and fear of wires. Tell him you really DON'T want to make a big deal out of it if he would kindly come fix the problem. THEN tell him you don't know what to do about it other than talk to the fire department or code enforcement. alternatively and less confrontational. Just what are you in fear? If its hangin there you ought to be able to see if there is a battery in it. If not, touching the tester isn't doing to hurt. Do you know no male who can help you?
You can call your local fire department - non emergency service - and ask them if they can help you or direct you to some help. You may want to give the landlord a heads up and let him know you'll be calling someone, because in the event they charge for the service, as the owner he will be the one who has to pay.
Your landlord is willfully ignoring a potentially life-threatening situation. He might need to be reminded of this.I'm guessing that it's actually functioning and just needs to be remounted into the ceiling. If it's still hanging, the wires are probably still properly connected. But the landlord is crazy to ignore this.
