I need to add more fiber to my diet any suggestions?

I agree with that answerThe smell may take some time to leave unless you vent the area someTry turning on a fan to circulate the air, then after a while go check the area for the odorIf there is still a strong smell, then you might need to contact an electrician to check things out to make sure there is no other issues.
