Aluminum Chloride, AlCl3, can be made by the reaction of aluminum with chlorine according to the following equation:2 Al + 3Cl2 2 AlCl3What is the limiting reactant if 20 grams of Al and 30 grams of Cl2 are used, and how much AlCl3 can form?Any help whatsoever is much appreciatedAnd if you could show your work that would be fantasticthanks

Pyrex is oven safe but can not be used on the stove top nor can it be placed under the broilerYou also have to make sure when you remove it from the oven it is placed on a dry surface(if you place the pyrex on a towel that is damp or a wet counter the temperature change may cause the glass to crack) I have used pyrex in an oven that I have set at 450 when I have done oven roasted potatoes.
use molar mass to find moles: 20 grams Al (1 mole / 27 grams Al ) 0.741 moles of Al 30 grams Cl2 (70.9 g/mol Cl2) 0.423 moles of Cl2 by the equation 2 Al + 3Cl2 2 AlCl3 they needed 1.5 X's more moles od Cl2 as compared to moles of Al since they did not add enough Cl2, it is the limiting reagent by the equation: 2 Al + 3Cl2 2 AlCl3 0.423 moles of Cl2 produces 2/3 rd's as many moles of AlCl3 0.282 moles of AlCl3 use molar mass to find grams: ( 0.282 moles of AlCl3) (133.34 grams AlCl3 / mol) 37.6 grams of AlCl3 you might be expected to round that off
