Hi, my boyfriend just bought me this Teddy Bear Hamster and he doesn‘t seem interested in his wheel. The wheel is big enough for him but he‘d rather just crawl under it or just go in little house and sleep. He‘s not my first hamster and all my past were dwarfs but they all loved the wheel. Any suggestions on what to do? (Yes, that is my baby in the picture)

To encourage him gently place him on the wheel and give a very tiny push. The hamster my not be interested in that particular type of wheel. Try a smaller wheel the hamster might feel the wheel is too big.
