Has anyone ever obtained a broker license in california without having your sale's license or 4 year degree. I hear that there are other alternatives such as being in the real estate field for a few years to show the department of real estate that you do have some form of experience. . I've been in the mortgages and real estate banking for 6 years and I've completed 6 out of the 8 courses needed apply for a broker license.
