try using bread crumbs sift a tiny salt and seasoning with the flour in one bowlwhisk the eggs in a second, bread crumbs in a third(throw some croutons in a food processer, garlic and cheeese flavored they remind me of the rolls from red lobsterblend for a really short timeyou want them fine but not freaking dust.) dip the chicken in the flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs sprinkle a little olive oil over eachbake on both sides give or take 10 mins
