Question:

HELP! I need experienced advice, my hair is RUINED.?

Recently, I've gone on a dying frenzy. I bleached my hair, and had to dye it 3 times to fix the orange, then I went to black, and highlighted it, and bleached it again. For halloween, I dyed it blue, but I want to fix it after the holiday is over. My hair is naturally a dark brown. I guess I have olive skin, and my skin tone is cool. I want to know if I should dye it again to fix it, and if so, what color of highlights could i get with my hair color to play it up, if you even reccomend it. Not only that, but my hair is VERY damaged, what can be done to repair it. It's naturally curly, and it won't even curl up anymore. That's how bad it is! Please HELP!

Answer:

What you hear when you shake it is the powder. But an empty reading means the gas charge which is used to propel that powder is lost. Some can be recharged by your local fire department and some can't. Ask the local fire station. If it can't be recharged then you need to buy a new one.
No but my big brother had his coat hanging from the ceiling one time and I thought it was him.
There's no pressure in it.
Yes but the pressure that pushes the stuff out is empty. Its garbage!
Don't listen to these fools. They don't own fire extinguishers, and are rich idiots that just throw stuff away. Take it to your local firehouse, and they can inspect and recharge it for you. Or refer you to a place that will. I've furnished every room of my house with huge industrial fire extinguishers, all of them were thrown away when an office building was being cleared out and prepped for demolition. All I did was take them to the firehouse near me, and they inspected and recharged them all for me. All are fully functional. PS: I also have a fire extinguisher that is still full that I keep purely for collectible value, it's from 1960.
