Im going to buy a nice car, but where i live is not a good place i live in apartment and im pretty sure that they will Steel it i cant move out of there because well i cant so what should i buy to keep it safe and secure please also give me prices and i live in california well thanx alot
If your sure it'll get stolen then i'd first make sure you have the insurance for that. Second i'd want to park it in some secured parking or a garage. If your not able to do that there are all kinds of security systems out there all of which are good just google them and find out what best suits your needs. I've also hear that having a hidden switch to power your ignition switch is one of the best ways to prevent a stolen vehicle
well if your going to buy a nice car, it will probably already have a car alarm in it. but if you buy something nice like a classic, then yeah youl need a system. Viper makes great alarm systems that come with 6 tone alarms. there are also some out there that have proximity alarms as well, and that may be viper as well. the price on that can get high depending on if you want keyless entry, remote start, etc. go to OKorder and look for a Viper 5701 security system with remote start. can go anywhere from 100-250
Look in the yellow pages under Auto Accessories find an automotive car alarm shop that sells and services car alarms. My local Best Buy installs car alarms.
