Question:

Here I stand, head in hand, turn my face to the wall.Let's build a house R&P!!!!?

You are now a construction worker in our little RP sectionName a song or line that mentions a part of a houseAny part at all.Let's see if we have enough parts to build our own RP house : DYou In?

Answer:

I bake my cheesecakes in the oven in those pans all the time No water panIt might depend on your recipeMine bakes for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and then the instructions say to turn the oven off- leave the cheesecake in the oven to complete the cooking for 30 more minutes with the oven door slightly openThe cake cracks on the top, but I serve a fruit sauce or a canned pie filling on top and the TASTE is not harmed by the cracked surface and the crack is covered by the fruit.

yes you can use it as long as you don't tear the pan up taking the 1st cake out, just let it cool down flip it upside down let the cake ease out of the pan Then reuse the undamaged pan.
The only difficulty would be getting it outIf it is just for the family you could serve it straight from the dishAt a party or with guests, you could plate up in the kitchen.
I don't know why you couldn't use the aluminum pansI suggest that you place these on a sturdy cookie sheet since once you put in the water in the outer pan, it won't be very sturdy and stable.
