I suggest you look up the manufacturer on the Internet and pose the question to them. They will need the model number and possibly the serial number. They have had recalls on some of their equipment in the past.

If I were you, I'll look in my phone book (on go 'online' and look) and find a good store that sells 'craft items' and buy the ones you like 'separately' and give your 'tall jar' to someone else who would like it 'as is'
