Question:

17 year old with motorcycle, loss of licence if braking rules of motorcycle temps?

hi i am 17, have a motorcycle, and motorcycle temps. with temps you have restrictions of no night riding, no freewaysext. if i were to brake that law and did night riding or freeway riding and got pulled over for w/e reason( lets just say a tern signal or out and not given a ticket for that) will i loose my licence for driving a car? or will i just get a ticket for that? around where i live when u are under age of 18 and u get a ticket or in an accident, you loose you licence for some time. idk if any 1 will know. just a question. and if this will help i live in Ohio

Answer:

Riding outside of permit limitations is exactly the same as riding with no license. The ticket will say exactly that - no license. The fine will reflect the charge. Whatever additional penalties they hang on junior drivers will surely be yours.
you have no license at all . Not for a motorcycle a car a truck a boat a train a plane or a unicycle. This means DO NOT DRIVE a motor vehicle. When you get caught you will lose your license for a even longer period. I suggest you stay off the motorcycle because the first cop that runs the plates is going to come back with a WTF and your bike is in the impound and you are off to the jail house and crappy food. additional details I spent a long time driving on a suspended license. I used to throw the tickets out the window as the cop walked away from the car. And of course months down the road paid for that dearly when I got arrested for multiple tickets in multiple counties in multiple cities. Was it worth losing your car your job and sometimes your apartment as you were bounced all over one county jail at a time until it was all said and done and the judge decided you served your time? hell no. You cant ever get the six months or 4 months or one month or even one day back. Its not worth the hassle and its sure not worth looking over your shoulder praying all the time that you do not even make one tiny mistake driving in front of some bored cop. And you want a real thrill? wait until the blue lights come on and you have to instantly decide to stop or run. So you pull over and the cop flies right past you blue lights and siren. You had done nothing wrong it was the guy two cars in front of you that screwed up somehow. ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR THE WEAR AND TEAR ON YOUR LIFE.
heh, I know someone who found out. The bike was impounded $200 fee to retrieve and there was damage from the tow. Tickets were issued to the tune of $700 and license suspended. Not just the MC permit, the full license. All said and done, it took nearly $5000 and over a year with 5 court dates to get it resolved. Mind you, he couldn't drive for that year (well, legally he didn't stop driving). He's a letter of the law guy now, never speeds, not even 1mph over the posted limit. Might be from the year of doing everything possible to not be pulled over and tossed in jail for driving on a suspended license. It's Seriously NOT worth it.
did he point out a cylinder misfire or what? there's no such code: cylinder 6 has failed. the code is in all risk a P0306. which may well be a misfire code, which would be gasoline, air (compression), or a spark appropriate concern. i'm a mechanic and that i could propose you get a 2d opinion! an addition i could get cylinder laek down attempt finished, which brings the cylinder #6 to staggering ineffective middle and seals the valves. the attempt will end if the valves are sealing or inf the piston rings are worn. even have them positioned particularly of oil interior the cylinder the 2d time around to determine in rings are worn.
