Question:

High Fiber and Still Constipated?

HELP!!! I have one of the most ridiculous high fiber diets [vegetables, fruits, bran, whole wheat] being a vegan, but no matter how much i increase my fiber, my bowls still won't moveI chug about 100oz of water a day; do i need to drink more? I've tried fiber supplements and stool softener, but nothing is workingI'm bloated beyond belief and tired of this chronic conditionDoes anyone know if oil and fat intake are related to constipation? I don't eat alot of nuts b/c I'm allergic and greasy foods make me sickI also looked into it and my medication [zoloft] says it can cause contipation in some people but that it is very rare.I'm running out of ideas to try to cure this conditionHas anyone else had experience like this? I'm begining to dread eating b/c I know it won't come back out XX

Answer:

Yes.? Beryllium oxide has a high enough thermal conductivity that it is used as an insulator in conductively-cooled high-voltage electronics, and it has a melting point of 2530 C.
Do you have any pain, bloating, gas etc? When was the last time you went? Stop taking the supplements softenersAlso, your digestive system sounds really tight, like you are stressedMagnesium Glycinate (2 before bed) ask your doctor for possible interactions with the Zoloft will help your muscles to relaxIt's like trying to get something out of a clenched fistFrom what I am hearing, you are taking in too much fiber, it would take lots more water than you are drinking to correct the balanceSo the best thing to do right now is to reduce the fiber and increase waterKeep me posted!
