I play in England under IIHF rules and when you're under 18, you have to have full face protection (cage) and I just bought a Itech ConceptII deluxe full shield and was wondering if I'm actually allowed to play with this instead of a cage since it is still full face protection?

Well I would open some windows and maybe place a fan facing the window so that it blows that air outside. I would wear some sort of mask too so that you don't breathe in the fumes.
A battery (not included), pieces of tin (or metal), wires and oh, yes: an alarm system.
