sidewall repair? doubtful that it will stay AND has a higher risk of bursting the sidewall, now that it's compromised. Best begin looking for a new tire.
It's not recommeded to repair the sidewall of a tire. I personally have plugged one and it held, but replaced the tire shortly after getting home, as I did not trust the repair and did not want it to fail and get in an accident. It was done as a emergency repair. No shop will repair it as it is too much of a liability
No legal repair can be done on a sidewall. It will need to be scrapped and replaced with a servicable tire. You can take it to any tire shop and ask.they will not do a repair on a sidewall.
