Question:

How can I bury a stash of coins in the ground and have them stay dry?

How can I bury a stash of coins in the ground and have them stay dry?I like to keep stashes of about $50 each in coins buried in various locations around my property in case of an emergency. So far all of them have managed to get water seeping inside which can corrode even coins after a time. I buried one a year ago in a plastic screw top jar with plumbers' teflon tape on the threads. I then put that inside two Ziplock bags and buried it about 18 under. I checked it last week, and sure enough, everything inside was wet! How can I prevent water from getting into my containers?

we all know chem can be boring but safety is key so listen to your instructors or youll all be in trouble they will tell you things like wash your hands after dealing with chemicals the last thing you need is a burn or a rash dont run around the lab looking like a loon you might hurt someone and spill liquids on your shoes always be alert *point* look theres a bunson burner tie up your hair or it will all catch a light dont want to be bald and laughed at all the time etc etc just have fun with it, this is just someone i quickly made up. just rhyme. make the kids in the class laugh. they will love it!!
Luke 4:12 And Jesus answered and said to him, It is said, 'YOU SHALL NOT PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE TEST.' We don't ASSUME God will protect us from all danger. We should take precautions and care for ourselves and our property. We hope that God will help, but a man walking around with thousands of dollars hanging out of his pockets at night in the bad part of town is stupid, even if he believes.
