the best way is too do push ups. It simulates the bench press with your body weight. If you can not do a push up normally, build up to them by putting your weight on your knees and doing the same motion. Also, dips help if you have 2 bars somewhat high off of the ground. They mainly build your tri's but they help with your chest also.
you can't You increase benching by benching... Though if you do pushups with lots of weights on your back that could help but thats not a bodyweight exercise. sorry
Push ups, push ups and more push ups... Use different alternates on the standard push up. Put your hands wide, narrow, stagger your hands, go slowly.
