Question:

How can I make meals in a house where no one cooks?

(Thanks for reading all of this, first off!) So I'm going to visit my grandmother in Florida in July, and I'm hoping to cook some meals for her, because we eat out for every meal (which is NOT healthy at all!) and it'd be refreshing to have a homemade mealThe problem is, since my grandmother doesn't cook, there's no kitchenware! There's no mixing bowls, whisks, measuring spoons, measuring cups, there's no olive oil, no eggs, no milk, nothing! She doesn't have much to work with, and I can't find any recipes that don't require using a large collaboration of kitchen appliances/suppliesCan someone please help me? I need some recipes/ideas quickly! Thanks! -Leticia

Hey! Okay, well because I don't know what weight you are or what your diet is like, this is going to be pretty vagueIf you are over weight, this is going to be a big factorTry to do a 20 minute walk 3-4 times a weekCut out saltCompletelyIt will be very hard at first, but your pallet will adapt to it and within a month you won't even notice! Look up some some recipe ideas on googleJust type in 'Recipes and Foods to help lower cholesterol' and that will give you loads of ideas :)
