Question:

how can i release air from the rear end of a over inflated lincoln viii 1993?

my car was raised without setting the rest button to the air suspension which i assume has made my rear end swell up like the goodyear blimp is there any way to deflate or let some air out without a 800.00 bill attached

Answer:

If the vehicle was raised without turning off the suspension switch it would have the opposite effect. The bags would completely deflate, not fill up. Even if this was the case, the vehicle should have returned to trim height after driving. You may have a bad rear height sensor, failed vent valve, or another suspension system problem. It should be diagnosed.
You might try un-hooking the battery and just see if the self leveling resets itself
