Question:

How can I tell if frozen ground beef is still good?

It has been frozen since 2/11/08 in aluminum foil in little patties, which are all stored inside a plastic bag sealedHow can I tell if it is still good based on looking at it?

Answer:

Nothing is good to smoke, no matter how freshSmoke gets in the lung and blocks the cellsWhen enough cells are blocked ( could take years) that's when the problems start.
i mean you can smoke it if its not properly dried its not bad but i dont know how high youll get or how well itll burn if its still wet
i don't think it's good to smoke anything
You have to let it cureThe Subway bag actually isn't a bad way to do thatThe top growers use a multi-step process to cure it that maximizes the weed's effect, but tying up the bag and keeping it in your backpack isn't terribleDo try to keep sunlight off the weed thoughEven after it feels dry it is not necessarily cured, that usually takes 5-6 days after it was cutSure, if it'll burn you can smoke it now and probably still feel an effect, but it'll get better as more time passes.
Make sure there are no ice crystals on the meatIf you see this you know that it has been exposed to the air and is probably freezer burnedLet it thaw if you see nothing and go by your smellLike the saying goes, if in doubt, throw it out
