Question:

How can there be a crack in the rubber ring?

How can there be a crack in the rubber ring?

Answer:

Problems in production:1) formulation design, oil or resin less material or caused by excessive or high temperature, poor liquidity and other reasons!2) when manufacturing, the product appears the hole which the exhaust is not good3) the raw material is too thick during production, and cracks are also caused.
In use, high temperature and exposure to sunlight in the air can cause aging and cracking of NBR
Suggest:1, processing aids (stearic acid, paraffin wax or high molecular wax) increased appropriately!2, operating oil appropriate two plus -5 copies!3. Proper curing temperature. Select according to rheometer!4. Re adjust the parameters of the processed species (such as temperature, exhaust, material thickness, etc.)
