Question:

How can you take photos of pine harvesting machinery?

I live near a forestry reserve, some of the plantations are being harvested. In photography we have to make a photobook, mine is based on forestry machinery. I have photos already but these were only taken when the machinery are stationery and the workers have finished for the day. Any suggestions on how I could get a few good photos of these magnificent machines while they are in action? I live in the green triangle area, most of the plantations are managed by forestry SA, this is an Australian company, so if you are Canadian or come from another country with a lot of experience in the field of pine felling, your thoughts would be most appreciated!

Answer:

Show up in the middle of the day, when they're still working. (Is this a trick question?)
