How do Engineers test bridge designs?

Answer:

I have used foil also and it works.
9 x 13 baking pan? broiler pan - it is 2 piece and you can take off the top grate and use the pan for making your cookies! just mist either one with oil and bake the cookies foil is too soft and bendy!! you would be dropping cookies on the floor tryin to do that!!
I have used aluminum foil before when I ran out of cookie sheetsIt came out perfectly fine! Just be careful to not touch the foil when you take it out.
