As long as you acted in good faith, you won't be fired. If you did something you shouldn't have done, then yes, you can and probably will get fired. Insurance companies get sued all the time. Your supervisor will look at the allegations, and review it. Most likely, if you didn't do anything wrong, you'll be fine. Welcome to the world of being an insurance adjuster.
rebellion shields will finally shatter from bullets being lodged in them. whether you could run in direction of a gunner with a safeguard and melee them which will certainly kill them after 2 or 3 strikes.

First off the shields don't break or give-in as others have suggested. Don't bother wasting bullets on them unless you have a shot at a vulnerable spot not protected by the shield (ie their feet). As some have already suggested, stick them with a semtex, or lob an explosive towards their unprotected side. Throwing knives can bounce off solid objects so if you are really skilled (or lucky) you can try to bounce a knife off a nearby object and hit him in a vulnerable area for an instant kill. (Very hard to do on purpose). I have found trying to sprint around the shield can sometimes work but is not effective against a good player and is a good way to get killed so I don't recommend it. If you have a teammate with you try to move around to an opposite side as the teammate. The shield only faces one direction and he will have to choose leaving him vulnerable to one of you. If none of these options are available another tactic I have used successfully against these guys is to turn and run in the other direction as if you are giving up but then immediately turn back around again. It's a fake or feint trick. A lot of times when he sees you start to run away he will sprint after you or switch to his secondary weapon to shoot at you, making him vulnerable. He may also try to throw a knife at you which also makes him vulnerable but only for a split second and those knives are deadly so try to strafe a bit to the side when doing this and hope it misses if he throws a knife.
